Re-assessment
(For patients presenting with a new complaint, or have not received chiropractic care within 1 year)
Thorough history of presenting complaint and update on medical history. Followed by a physical examination appropriate to the new complaint. Finished with chiropractic (where appropriate).

Follow-ups
(Only suitable for patients who have completed their New Patient or Re-assessment appointment)
Following your New Patient or Re-assessment appointment, you will receive a recommendation of care with a guidance to how many appointments you require depending on your complaint.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
To ensure appointments are available to all patients, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

48-hour reminder: If you have enabled transactional/appointment communications, you will receive an appointment reminder 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: If you cancel or rearrange your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the appointment fee will be due.

Failure to attend: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full appointment fee will be due.
